Wine from the great terroirs of Nothalten : Grand Cru Muenchberg, Heissenberg, Zellenberg… Nothalten is a small Alsatian village nestled in the heart of the vineyard, sheltered by the rains and winds of the west by the Ungersberg. The vineyard of the village enjoys a beautiful sunshine from East to West and a diversity of soils ranging from volcano-sandstone to marl.
Wine tasting : Pleasant, fresh, pleasant, fruity white wine with notes of white flowers. Beautiful length, frank and persistent vivacity.
Gastronomy: Wine of pleasure, it’s a perfect accompaniment to moments of celebrations and fantasies, such as, brunches, cocktail dinner… Or simply with a grilled fish, a poultry… And more traditionally with asparagus in sauce.

Wine making process
We grow our vines with the greatest respect to obtain the quintessence of our soils, this practice is applied on all our vineyard. We practice Guyot Poussart pruning, manual disbudding, sowing of green manure, we apply herbal teas, decoction or purins of wild plants. We adapt our interventions to the cycle of the moon.
Vinification
We pay meticulous attention to the vinification which starts with a manual harvest, then a long pressing of whole grapes, a static settling, a slow & regulated fermentation at 18°C, and a long maturation on fine lees.
